Doe Pass Policy

  1. Doe Pass Holder Use Only – The Doe Pass is strictly for individual use. It cannot be shared, transferred. 
  2. Responsible Use – While drinks are unlimited for Doe Pass holder, we encourage responsible consumption. Any attempt to abuse the pass, such as excessive orders beyond reasonable personal use, may result in suspension or termination of membership.
  3. Friends' Discount – Your friends can enjoy 10% off their drinks when they order alongside you. This discount is valid only when the Doe Pass holder is present.
  4. Non-Transferable – The Doe Pass cannot be loaned, gifted, or used by anyone other than the registered member.
  5. One Drink Per Transaction – Members can redeem one beverage per transaction to ensure fair usage of the pass. However, members are allowed to redeem another drink once they finish the prior drink.

    Terms & Conditions:

  • Doe Coffee reserves the right to modify the terms, pricing, and conditions of Doe Pass with reasonable notice provided to Doe Pass Holders.
  • Any violation, abusement of Doe Pass Perks may result in the cancellation of membership without a refund. 
  • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable without reasonable excuse. 
  • Discounts for friends apply only to beverages and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Doe Pass Unlimited Drink: Examples of Proper & Improper Use

Permitted Uses ✅

  • I  stay at the café all day and have a drink one after another  until closing.
  • I  finish my dine-in drink and request another to-go drink.
  • I use my Doe Pass perks to purchase discounted drinks for a friend.
  • I try a new drink and don’t like it, I request a replacement for free.

Prohibited Uses ❌

  • I order a drink, leave to give it to someone else, and return for another.
  • I order multiple drinks just to sample them and discard unfinished beverages.
  • I want to redeem unlimited drinks for others.
  • I share my Doe Pass account details or allow someone else to use my membership.
  • I request two drinks at the same time.
